There’s something magic about the freedom of the trail—the way the air feels softer, the noise fades, and you can hear yourself think. For us, that freedom has always meant more than just the great outdoors.

At Wandering Owl Adventure Co., Pride isn’t just a month—it’s a mindset. It’s about belonging. It’s about celebrating the ways we’re different, the ways we’re bold, and the ways we find joy because of who we are, not in spite of it.

🥾 A Company Built on Freedom, Friendship, and Firelight

Wandering Owl began, fittingly, around a campfire. What started as the two of us sharing stories, wild plans, and too much trail mix has grown into a brand rooted in empowerment, community, and honoring the earth.

We’ve always believed in showing up authentically—mud, moss, messy hair and all. So when we design our tees, we don’t just think about what looks good on a trail. We think about what feels good on your soul. Every shirt tells a story. And during Pride, we’re proud to tell this one.

🌈 What Pride Means to Us

Pride is about the people who came before us and made space. It’s about choosing to be visible, even when the world doesn’t always feel safe. It’s about walking your path—solo or side by side—and knowing there’s a whole community cheering you on.

We created our new “Be Unique” tee to honor that spirit. With bold, rainbow wings and a reminder to be yourself in every way that matters, it’s a design inspired by the joy of being unrepeatably you.

🏕️ Our Commitment This Month (and Beyond)

This June, we’re doing more than just wearing rainbows:

• 5% of proceeds from our Pride collection will go to LGBTQ+ outdoor organizations supporting visibility and access in nature. (The Venture Out Project specifically)

• We’re featuring stories from our customers and community members about what Pride means to them—on the trail, at home, and everywhere in between.

• And we’re walking the walk (literally) with virtual and local hikes to connect and celebrate together.
