We’re Janie and Sarah—outdoor lovers, business partners, and proud owners of Wandering Owl Adventure Co. Janie is the founder and heartbeat of the brand, bringing over 17 years of experience as a women-owned entrepreneur. Sarah lends her creative and marketing expertise to help tell our story and build our community.

We both love the outdoors—but in slightly different ways. Sarah’s the hardcore camper: tent, campfire cooking, and not a single complaint about bugs. Janie? Let’s call her a glamper. She loves nature just as much, but she’s a fan of having a real bathroom, a comfy bed, and electricity (fair, right?).

Together, we spent a year traveling across the country in an RV, working remotely and soaking in the beauty of national parks, quiet trails, and plenty of birdwatching stops along the way.
