Our best tip: measure a shirt you already love

Lay it flat, smooth it out and measure straight across from armpit to armpit. Pick the size below with the closest A · Width and it'll fit the same way.

Good questions

I'm between sizes. Which should I pick?
For a unisex tee, long sleeve or hoodie, go with the larger size if you like a relaxed fit and the smaller one if you like it closer to the body. For our Women's Tee, we recommend sizing up, since it runs a bit small.
Are these body measurements or shirt measurements?
They're shirt measurements, taken with the garment laid flat. That's why the easiest way to choose is to measure a shirt you already love and match it to the chart. If you only know your chest measurement, compare it to the Chest all round column and leave 2–4" of wiggle room for a classic fit.
Will it shrink in the wash?
Our tees are pre-shrunk, so they hold their size well. To keep them (and the print) looking their best, turn them inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low and skip the iron on the design.
Unisex or women's fit?
Unisex tees are cut straight through the body with a little more length. Our Women's Tee is semi-fitted and shorter, and our Women's Relaxed Tee is in between: roomy through the body with a slight flare and a shorter length than unisex. Many women love the unisex tee in their usual size for an easy, everyday fit.
How exact are the measurements?
Each shirt is cut and sewn by hand, so allow about ½" to 1" either way. Not every design comes in every size, so check the size buttons on the product page to see what's available.
