We aim to get your order packed and shipped within 2-6 business days from our U.S. facility. After that, it's off on its journey to you! Delivery times depend on your location, but we do our best to have it arrive within 7-10 days.

🔹 Received a misprint, damaged, or defective item?
No worries! Send us an email at info@wanderingowladventure.com within 30 days with a photo and order details, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund—free of charge!
🔹 Ordered the wrong size?
We recommend double-checking the size chart before ordering, but if you need a different size:
- Email us within 5 days to start the return process.
- Send the item back (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging) at your expense.
- Include your original packing slip and provide a tracking number.
- Place a new order for the correct size whenever you’re ready.

We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, so be sure to review all product details before purchasing.
